The Chicago White Sox took on the the Los Angeles Angels Of Anaheim yesterday at US Cellular Field with the White Sox coming out on top 5 to 2. White Sox pitcher Freddy Garcia (4.36 ERA) got the win, while Joe Saunders (4.76 ERA) took the loss for the Angels. In addition to the 5 runs, the White Sox scored 12 hits and committed 5 errors. It wasn’t a huge day for anyone at the plate for the White Sox, as nobody managed more than 2 hits. The Angels didn’t have anyone with a big night with not one batter getting more than 2 hits. Mike Napoli could not get much going at the plate as he left 6 runners on base. The Angels scored 2 runs, 5 hits and no errors.
